We understand that a well-managed workplace safety program benefits our organization by maintaining employee health, reducing lost-time accidents, and increasing efficiency. In order for Monadnock Non-Wovens to achieve our goals, we have developed numerous safety policies and procedures regarding employee and visitor health and safety.

All employees are required to undergo periodic safety training, are required to follow and enforce safety procedures, and are encouraged to be active participants in improving workplace safety.
